Dr. Evelyn Dörr wrote her dissertation on the life and work of Rudolf Laban, in which she paid special attention to his choreographic and philosophical work. Three books based on her research were published in Germany and America, the Laban biography The Dancer of the Crystal (2008) and Die Schrift des Tänzers (2005), and Rudolf Laban – Das choreographische Theater (2004), which is a complete edition of his oeuvre between 1897 and 1936. Currently she is working on a 3 vol. edition Rudolf Laban in Letters to Dancers, Choreographers, and Dance Pedagogues.

Sylvie Robaldo, dancer and ballet teacher D.E. in France, discovered choreology in 1999 through Rosemary Brandt Practice and since then, she has expanded her work in further areas. She has developed an innovative way of teaching Dance History through choreological practice for students in conservatory and in art studies in high school. She has trained dance teachers in the studies of the Diplôme d’Etat and assisted dancers and choreographers during their process of creation. From 2010, she moved to London where she graduated in Choreological Studies from the SDCS - Specialist Diploma in Choreological Studies, Contemporary Developments in Laban’s Principles and Practice at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

Debora di Centa is a freelance danceartist specialised in Choreological Studies. Since 2004 she works as a dance teacher, choreologist, performer, choreographer and events curator. She graduated from the A.I.D.A. Diploma for Academic Ballet Teaching at the Associazione Insegnanti Danza Accademica, Milan, (Italy). In the period of two years (2009 and 2010) Debora moved to London where she graduate from the DDS- Diploma In Dance Studies at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Subsequently she specialised in Choreological Studies graduating from the SDCS - Specialist Diploma in Choreological Studies, Contemporary Developments in Laban’s Principles and Practice at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance.
