LABAN EVENT 2021 - A GAZE WITHIN
An important branch of Rudolf Laban's studies concerns the movement that arises from the deep, corporeal foundation of our sense of existence, the body-psyche relationship, the depth of the inner world that expresses itself and in the creative process meets primordial and universal contents.
From Rudolf Laban's first insights a long and fruitful journey of discoveries and revelations has been made by his first and second generation of female pupils up to the most recent studies, these pioneers have made an enormous contribution to the development of human expression, to the psychology of the deep and to an undoubted sacredness of the body in dance.
